I am currently Africa & Diaspora Editor for the website Cinema Escapist, which focuses on the culture, sociology, history and geopolitics of films not in the English language. I am responsible for content covering all 54 countries of the African continent and its Diaspora. You can view all articles, including some written by myself, here.
For 2 years I was a contributor to WhatCulture! online magazine, garnering over 1.6 million hits for my pop culture articles, including TV reviews that were praised by Ricky Gervais on Twitter, specializing in interviews with all kinds of people within the film, TV and comedy industries. You can read all of my interviews here.
I was on set for the making of the online comedy horror Super Brainy Zombies, writing an unpublished set report and interviewing such YouTube personalities as Thomas 'TomSka' Ridgewell, Jack Howard, Benjamin Cook and Emma Blackery, as well as featuring in the film as an extra.
As part of my content agency, 4Heads, I was an official videographer for the 17th World Business Dialogue in Cologne, Germany. As well as recording the event and capturing timelapse imagery, I was working with student innovators and businessmen from South Africa to Bolivia, and from leading Silcon Valley entrepreneurs to the world's first cyborg!
